By placing an order with www.australiacigarettes.com, you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions with our company.

1. Product Quality

Cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos and tobacco products sold at www.australiacigarettes.com are of the highest quality and manufactured by tobacco companies e.g. Philip Morris, British American Tobacco etc in many factories across the world.

It corresponds with the highest specification and quality of each tobacco company.

2. Goods Delivery

Cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos and tobacco products are delivered by Registered Airmail and need to be signed for upon arrival. We deliver only 1 carton or 2 cartons per parcel. If you order, for example 5 cartons of cigarettes, the order will be delivered in between 3 to 5 separately parcels of 1 carton or 2 cartons each.

In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please e-mail us at customerservice@australiacigarettes.com quoting your Order Number. If you are not able to quote the Order Number, please provide your name, the mailing address and the approximate date of your order.

We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the order free of charge or provide full refund.

3. Delivery Time

The average delivery time to Australia is 1 week (usually 4 business days).

In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, you can track the status of your order via our Online Shop.

Alternatively, please let us know via e-mail at customerservice@australiacigarettes.com. Our company can then track your packages.

If you do not receive your packages 10 days after notifying us, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we will guarantee to resend your order or to fully refund your money.

4. Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 3 business days once your credit card has been validated.

5. Order Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so within 24 hours after order confirmation. You are required to e-mail us at customerservice@australiacigarettes.com quoting your Order Number. If Order Number is not available, please furnish your name, mailing address, and approximate date of order.

Otherwise your order will be fulfilled and charged in accordance.
